\u4e5f\u5e38\u88ab\u53eb\u4f5c\u300c\u58de\u7684\u81bd\u56fa\u9187\u300d\uff0c\u662f\u73fe\u4ee3\u5e38\u7528\u7684\u5fc3\u8840\u7ba1\u75be\u75c5\u98a8\u96aa\u6307\u6a19<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><sup>[1]<\/sup><\/span>\u3002\u4f46\u662f\u5728\u4e00\u4e9b\u81e8\u5e8a\u6848\u4f8b\u4e2d\uff0c\u5373\u4fbf\u75c5\u60a3\u9ad4\u6aa2\u5831\u544a\u4e2d LDL-C \u7684\u6fc3\u5ea6\u6b63\u5e38\uff0c\u9084\u662f\u5f97\u5230\u4e86\u52d5\u8108\u7ca5\u72c0\u786c\u5316\u3001\u5fc3\u7d5e\u75db\u7b49\u5fc3\u8840\u7ba1\u76f8\u95dc\u75be\u75c5<sup><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">[1][2]<\/span><\/sup>\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64 LDL-C \u6291\u5236\u5291\u300d\u3002Statin \u6703\u6291\u5236\u81bd\u56fa\u9187\u5728\u809d\u81df\u7684\u5408\u6210\uff1bPCSK9 \u6291\u5236\u5291\u5247\u662f\u85c9\u7531\u8207PCSK9 \u7d50\u5408\u4f86\u63d0\u5347LDL-C\u88ab\u964d\u89e3\u7684\u6548\u7387\u3002<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>\u5728\u6b63\u5e38\u60c5\u5f62\u4e0b\uff0cLDL-C \u6703\u8207\u809d\u7d30\u80de\u8868\u9762\u7684\u53d7\u9ad4 (Low-density lipoprotein receptor, LDLR) \u7d50\u5408\uff0c\u7136\u5f8c\u7d93\u7531\u80de\u541e\u4f5c\u7528\u88ab\u904b\u9001\u81f3\u809d\u81df\u7d30\u80de\u5167\u5206\u89e3\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0cLDLR \u7684\u6578\u91cf\u8207\u8840\u6db2\u4e2d LDL-C \u6fc3\u5ea6\u6709\u76f4\u63a5\u7684\u95dc\u806f\u6027\uff1aLDLR\u7684\u6578\u91cf\u6108\u591a\uff0cLDL-C\u7684\u6fc3\u5ea6\u5247\u6108\u4f4e\u3002\u800c PCSK9 (Proprotein Convertase Subtilisin\/Kexin type 9) \u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u4e3b\u8981\u5728\u809d\u81df\u5408\u6210\u7684\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\uff0c\u5b83\u6703\u9078\u64c7\u6027\u7d50\u5408\u81f3 LDLR \u4e0a\uff0c\u4e26\u8b93 LDL-C \u8207 LDLR \u4e00\u540c\u88ab\u5206\u89e3\u3002\u7e3d\u800c\u8a00\u4e4b\uff0c\u82e5\u80fd\u5920\u6709\u6548\u6291\u5236 PCSK9\uff0c\u4fbf\u80fd\u4f7f\u8f03\u5c11\u7684 LDLR \u88ab\u5206\u89e3\u6389\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8 LDLR \u7684\u56de\u6536\u7387\uff0c\u9032\u800c\u9054\u5230\u63d0\u9ad8 LDL-C \u964d\u89e3\u6548\u7387\u7684\u6548\u679c<span style=\"color:
